During my recent holiday, I stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The location was superb as it was convenient to get to everything I wanted to see and do. The room was spotless and spacious, and the bathroom had all the amenities I needed. The service was exceptional from the welcoming staff, especially Thabsile and the helper. They were always available and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast menu was a highlight, including a hot full English meal, fruit, and bottled water for snacking during the day. Although I wished there was a door to provide more privacy in the bathroom, it was my only qualm about the hotel.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was the best decision we made. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to all the major attractions and shopping centers. Plus, the room was spacious and clean, providing us with all the comfort we needed to enjoy our stay.
To be honest, there was nothing to dislike about our experience at this hotel. The only thing that could be improved upon is the breakfast menu, as it lacked variety in terms of options.

The staff were very concerned and friendly since we booked. They were always ready to guide us with a detailed orientation. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything. We received a breakfast menu on arrival, which included six types of cereals and a delicious hot full English meal. The apartment was spacious, and the kitchen was perfect.
Although we enjoyed the pool area and easy access to everything, we didn't like that there was no tag to open the gate. Whenever we wanted to leave the hotel, we had to disturb the staff to open the gate for us, which was not safe.
